Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Nancy, France.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email.

A signature is required upon delivery.

Outside the European Union, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees. They are charged in the destination country and paid by you on delivery. We cannot refund them, nor declare a lower value than the price paid.

You may return a piece within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Write to contact@dilipjindal.com with your order number: we confirm the return and send you the address. The piece must come back unworn, in its original box, by a tracked and insured service, within 14 days of your message. Return shipping is at your expense, whatever the destination.

Once the piece is received and checked, we refund the full amount paid, standard delivery included, within 14 days to your payment method. Every piece is unique, so we do not offer exchanges: return the piece and place a new order. Pieces made to your specifications, such as a ring resized for you, cannot be returned.

Check your parcel on delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with photos. We arrange the return at our expense and repair, replace or refund the piece. Natural variations in the color, texture or inclusions of a stone are part of each piece and are not defects.
